Accessorizing an outfit
The adage that Less is More applies too on accessorizing an outfit. Accessories are used to perk up an outfit or dispel the boringness of it or highlight an asset. However, too much may also destroy the look...it creates too much distraction that it becomes overwhelming to look at....so minimal is the key.
In order to avoid the excessiveness, one must put on one accessory at a time and look at the effect, then build up from there. You don't need to wear accessories from head to toe or for every limb or part of your body.
The type, design and make of the accessory depends on the occasion as well....so when going for a formal or business event the accessory should be classy, expensive looking, while if it is just day to day, going to run some errands,or meeting with friends, casual, funky or cutesy accessories are suitable.
Here's my sample of casual outfit where I build up the accessories and I played around with the placement of the pin....you can put pins or brooch in places other than the breast...experiment with it.

Welcome to Veronica's Style
In this day and age,
multiple-style-in-one dress is catching the fashionista's attention very
fast due to the fact that prices are soaring while salary increases are
stalling.
A
multi-style-in one dress allows one to be frugal without compromising
style.

Thought of the day Here's my multi-style-in-one dress
It would be even more cost saving if one would sew one's clothes...as for me since I don't have a sewing machine I did hand sewing....

Pretty simple to make

Took me just less than 2 hours to finish from measurements to cutting to stitching..with few breaks.
How to wear them:
First as a sun-dress, loose and flirty. Ideal for going out to the beach. With the bathing suit underneath you can simply slip out of it when about to take a plunge in the water.

Now here are the options when worn with the belt...a different belt can be used if desired.

Look of the day - Pretty Alter fashion
My outfit today is also an Alter Fashion -an altered tank top and shawl ensemble.
There are some clothes that when you buy it, it looks nice in the fitting cubicle.. but when you get home, you'll say "what was I thinking?" because it could either be uncomfortable to wear or the fit is actually bad or the design is actually ugly or whatever. I think it does happen to most if not all of us..in fact some of those clothes would never see the light again after it's bought. But for me, I at least wear it once or twice just to get rid of the guilt and then alter it.
This clothes in it's original design was only worn once until I altered it (which was worn several times already)...so here it is my outfit today.
