How to cover an errant arm

All of us are not perfect. Some imperfections may be obvious and some are not. Some imperfections are acquired by birth and some by accidents.

Whatever the imperfection may be, not all are bold enough to show them, they would conceal them to a point that they limit the styles that they wear. Say for example, the flaw is in the arm, one will never dare to wear sleeveless clothes more so tube or spaghetti strapped dresses. But there is a way to be able to wear these without exposing your flaw- with the help of a scarf. Since the other arm is worthy to be displayed it is not fair to keep it hidden too...so here's my trick to concealing the errant arm while still emboldening your looks.

with a stole type scarf, tie it to one of the dress straps like above.
toss one end of the scarf over the shoulder

perfect for formal occasion where sleeveless, tubes and spaghetti strapped dresses are  common

How to wear a scarf into a sexy Grecian inspired look

It is fascinating to know that scarves were originally used as sweat cloth in ancient Rome. It was also used by Chinese Warriors to identify rank same with the Croatian soldiers.
It was not used to keep warm until later in colder climates.
Here in Tropical Philippines, scarves are mainly used as an ornament- an accessory to complete an outfit....

But what if, it is used as the outfit itself?

Here are two ways to wear them as an outfit with a help of a cocktail ring and a tube tank to keep modest.

The scarf and ring

The first way:

Fold the square scarf into a triangle. Then slip the ring through the peak of the triangle and split the two ends- like so in the picture. These shall be tied around the neck. Like so below:

The Halter

Pair it with pants or shorts or whatever fancies you.

Here's how it looks at the backside.

The Second way:

The scarf is still folded into a triangle shape and the ring is slip through one of the base end instead of the peak.

Then the two based ends are wrap around the body with one end over the shoulder and the other under the arms.  Like so below:

The One shoulder

Adjust the position of the ring near the collar bone.

Here again the complete look.
