Look of the day - Tight and loose outfit

Weekends are malling days... and today, there's sale in almost all the malls around Manila...
I am wearing retro clothes from between late '90s and early 2000.

When wearing a tight top, it should be paired with a loose pair of pants or balloon skirt coz as they say, opposites attract- the law applies to fashion clothes as well.  It doesn't look nice if you have both tight top and bottom...it would look too rigid, unless maybe you have a perfect 10 body to show off. If that would be the intent, a bandage dress would be a better option.
