It would be even more cost saving if one would sew one's clothes...as for me since I don't have a sewing machine I did hand sewing....

| Took me just less than 2 hours to finish from measurements to cutting to stitching..with few breaks. |

How to wear them:
First as a sun-dress, loose and flirty. Ideal for going out to the beach. With the bathing suit underneath you can simply slip out of it when about to take a plunge in the water.
